Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory (Part-Time) to support inventory counts at retail locations across the United States. You will partner with healthcare professionals at events, recording part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates using handheld scanners.

No prior inventory experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and potential earnings growth through performance-based pay,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy customer standards (PPE, confidentiality).
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
