Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory-focused professional to execute SOPs, manage pharmacy and warehouse inventory, and support asset protection at a Central Fulfillment site.

Responsibilities include validating deliveries, posting shipments, recalls, and returns, and maintaining accurate on-hand quantities across multiple locations. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in inventory analytics or related field.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends per department needs.
• Internal Walgreens candidates may have precedence per policy.
• Experience with diagnostics/analytical tasks and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Validate SOP adherence and coordinate inventory activities with PIC, Site Director, and leaders.
• Educate team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and inter-store orders.
• Ensure deliveries are scanned and discrepancies are resolved with vendors.
• Post pharmacy shipments and manage recalls, returns, and inventory counts.
• Support On-Shelf Availability and disposals, vendor returns and transfers.
• Assist in ordering and managing consumables and signage for planogrammed areas.
