Job summary

SelectRx in Kansas is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Technician to receive, track and manage drug inventory within a production/warehouse setting. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, inventory counts, and coordination with the pharmacy manager to ensure stock integrity and adherence to recalls.

Required: high school diploma, 1 year inventory control or pharmacy tech experience; 3 years preferred; Kansas license preferred. Competitive benefits and local wage details apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of inventory control or as a pharmacy tech required.
• 3 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Direct experience in retail/mail-order or specialty pharmacy as a pharmacy technician is a plus.
• Knowledge of standard medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and check against purchasing records; maintain invoicing for all drug and supply accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to support business needs and communications.
• Sort and stock inventory daily as orders are received.
• Review inventory for expired, damaged, or overstocked meds and coordinate disposal or return.
• Ensure accuracy of computerized inventory records; perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
