SelectQuote Insurance Services in Olathe, KS is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Technician for the 6:00am - 2:30pm CST shift. You will procure and maintain drug inventory, manage purchasing records, and monitor costs while ensuring compliance with pharmacy policies.

Role emphasizes inventory control, recall management support, and coordination with pharmacy leadership. Requires active Kansas Pharmacy Technician license and at least 1 year of inventory experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control or as a pharmacy tech required.
• Associates assigned to the Olathe KS Facility: Kansas State Pharmacy Technician license required.

Aufgaben

• Receive goods and check against purchasing records. Enter receipts, returns and distributions into the inventory system.
• Cooperation with operations to meet business needs and provide support.
• Sort and stock inventory on shelves daily.
• Coordinate review of inventory for expired/damaged/overstocked medications and disposal/return.
• Ensure accuracy of computerized inventory records; perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories per management standards.
• Prepare the department for physical inventory with updated locations, labels, and count sheets.
• Work with accounting to resolve reconciliation issues.
