Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator - Specialty Returns to manage daily processing of patient returns. The role involves evaluating authorized and unauthorized returns to determine credit eligibility and stock reshipment or disposal decisions.

Responsibilities include documenting daily returns, monitoring pump inventory, handling manufacturer replacements, recalls, and supporting the Materials Management team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a pharmacy environment.
• One year computer experience in a Windows based system.
• Valid state pharmacy technician or technician trainee license.

Responsibilities

• Document daily returns by notating patient accounts and updating appropriate systems.
• Monitor pump inventory for issues and scheduled maintenance.
• Receive manufacturer replacement product and note patient accounts.
• Review received manufacturer recalls and take appropriate actions.
• Support the Materials Management team as needed.
