Job summary

CVS Health in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory in the pharmacy, keep it clean and organized, and support a safe, efficient operation. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a healthcare team.

Duties include purchasing and receiving inventory, cycle counting, returns processing, and ensuring proper stock levels and properly stocked pick stations.

Qualifications

• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to procedures and monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
