Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Analyst for Pharmacy Inventory Management Operations in Deerfield, IL. You will create operational analytics for vaccine and antiviral categories, monitor Rx inventory, and support procurement through vendor relationships.

You will develop SOPs for Rx inventory, collaborate with stores and distributors, and assist in implementing inventory strategies with vendor programs. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with several years' data analysis experience.
• Experience in Pharmacy Operations and analyzing data to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with distributors and Walgreens Pharmacy Operations to resolve inventory issues.
• Develop methods and reports to monitor Rx purchasing and supply chain performance.
• Create SOPs for Rx inventory processes with vendors.
• Assist in Rx inventory procurement and monitor program efficiencies.
• Coordinate with stores on damaged product replacement and audits.
• Support P2P audits and data integrity activities.
