Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Analytics Manager for the Pharmacy Inventory Management Store Planning team. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory operations across roughly 8,900 CVS pharmacy locations and drive data-driven decisions with analytics.

The role requires experience in supply chain/inventory management, data analytics, and advanced Excel, with knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Python. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Merchandising.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or Statistical Analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Python or similar language.
• Minimum 2 years of advanced MS Excel.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with inventory metrics and their interdependencies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building inventory and replenishment models or What-if tools.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory operations across approximately 8,900 retail pharmacy locations.
• Build inventory and replenishment models to estimate downstream impacts of business changes.
• Collaborate with IT and store operations to implement analytics solutions and drive data-driven decisions.
