Job summary

The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Pharmacy Department seeks a Pharmacy Inventory Coordinator to manage drug orders, inventory levels, and data upkeep across multiple locations. You will handle automated dispensing equipment, conduct weekly stock reviews, and coordinate with the 340B compliance team to ensure program integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a fast-paced medical setting, strong inventory skills, and proficiency with PioneerRx. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-pressure medical environment.
• Strong inventory and 340B purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage order, receipt, and storage of medications and supplies.
• Update medication data in PioneerRx and maintain queues.
• Prepare and fill automated dispensing equipment daily.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper storage of meds.
• Communicate stock issues to providers and staff weekly.
• Support the 340B compliance program and team.
