Job summary

The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, maintain drug profiles in PioneerRx, and oversee robotic and manual dispensing workflows across multiple locations. The role supports the 340B program and collaborates with clinic staff to ensure safe, efficient medication supply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience working with LGBTQ community and familiarity with issues relevant to LGBTQ people.
• Current California Pharmacy Technician License; National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: order, receive, store medications and supplies; monitor backorders and conduct monthly and weekly inventory checks.
• Data & systems management: accurately enter medication data in PioneerRx and reconcile related invoices.
• Medication preparation & dispensing: operate automated dispensing equipment and prepare items for pickup.
• Compliance & quality control: ensure proper storage and monitor refrigerator/freezer temps; participate in 340B compliance.
• Communication & coordination: notify providers about stock issues; interact professionally with patients and staff.
