Job summary

CVS Health offers a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program to help international graduates apply didactic learning to real-world pharmacy practice. Trainees complete required internship hours under a preceptor and prepare for licensure within the regulatory timeline.

Participants gain hands-on experience in retail pharmacy operations, patient care, SOP adherence, and leadership development with opportunities to support immunizations where allowed, aiming toward a pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college.
• FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of internship completion.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and counseling as needed.
• Support immunizations and additional services where permitted by law.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts and stocking.
