Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and ensure accuracy and safety.
• Provide empathetic customer service and counseling when appropriate.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law under supervision.
• Coordinate with preceptors and leaders to develop clinical and technical knowledge.
• Remain flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
