Job summary

CVS Health invites US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates to join a structured program that enables internship hours, licensure preparation, and readiness for a pharmacist role within CVS pharmacies, under preceptor guidance.

You will develop clinical and operational skills, learn SOPs, and contribute to safe, compassionate patient care while supporting immunizations and patient counseling. Growth, teamwork, and adherence to regulations are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the applicable state within 120 days of intern hours.
• Must be in process or possess intern/technician licensure.
• Willingness to complete US internship within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist Pharmacists and Technicians in patient care.
• Fulfill prescriptions accurately across production, 'pick-up', drive-thru and related tasks.
• Provide empathetic patient service and immunizations where allowed.
• Counsel patients and gather medical history when appropriate under supervision.
• Travel to stores in the market to support shifts as needed.
