• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Develops strong relationships with customers and patients.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in the practice of pharmacy per policy and procedures.
• Process prescriptions and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
• Support patient care services (e.g., counseling) within the state scope of practice.
