Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers/patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience and shares service best practices with team.
• Assists pharmacist and pharmacy team under supervision, in entering, third party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions.
• Supports patient care and services within the state scope of practice, including counseling and health services.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to policies on dispensing quality.
• Adheres to company policy on Good Faith Dispensing and maintains accurate cash register activity.
• Assists with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining clean, orderly pharmacy area.
