This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork; training on MTM and immunizations is provided as part of ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Customer service. Communicating with patients in person and via telephone; assisting patients with product selection; obtaining medication prices pursuant to patient requests.
• Processing and filling prescriptions using pharmacy computer system; counting and labeling prescriptions; handling Will Call.
• Third-party functions.
• Inventory management: update balance on hand; product ordering; vendor charge backs / transfers / salvage.
• Clinical services.
