Job summary

Interviews patients to obtain information regarding medication use and allergies; documents in medical records.
Consults with medical personnel regarding medication therapy and potential therapy changes.
Maintains organized work areas and adheres to safety and quality standards.
Participates in quality management programs and education activities.
