Formación

• Willingness to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generic options.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, policies, and efficient workflow via pharmacy procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy IT systems and proposes enhancements to productivity.
• Processes insurance claims and follows up with providers and insurers.
