• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems and propose enhancements to improve productivity.
• Assist with insurance processing and 3rd party audits; resolve customer payment issues.
• Deliver immunization and preventive healthcare services.
• Assist in analyzing performance data and inventory management.
• Engage with local medical community and participate in outreach.
