Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care. You will learn under licensed pharmacists, counsel patients, and actively participate in immunization and clinical services.

This part-time internship emphasizes hands-on experience across patient interactions, workflow procedures, and ongoing training to prepare for greater responsibilities in a retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or acceptance.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with focus on core clinical skills.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in safe prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Counsel patients, answer questions under pharmacist supervision, and support immunization services.
• Participate in inventory tasks, cycle counts, and maintain store compliance.
