Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain PharmD degree prior to start date.
• Willing to obtain pharmacist licensure in relevant states within 90 days.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to obtain immunizer status within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels customers on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and dispensing.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; assists with opening/closing and workflow.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge and proposes enhancements to productivity.
• Assists with hiring, training, and performance coaching of staff.
• Communicates health and wellness services strategy to staff.
