Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the applicable state.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and generics; refers to provider as needed.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies; supports workflow optimization.
• Maintains pharmacy IT knowledge (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and improves systems for productivity.
• Process insurance claims and liaise with providers to resolve issues.
