Job summary

Maryland CVS Pharmacy, part of CVS Health, is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team in Maryland. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy environment and deliver exceptional care to patients.

This role involves patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow support.

Qualifications

• Required: Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern/licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe
• Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items up to 20 lbs
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
