Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree before start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the states within the district within 90 days.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Performs dispensing, drug therapy reviews and verification tasks.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; supports workflow and shift duties.
• Maintains pharmacy IT systems and proposes productivity enhancements.
• Follows up with providers on dosages, refills, interactions and allergies.
