Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from state boards within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with greeting and assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide counseling on medication use, interactions, side effects, and privacy considerations.
• Dispense medications accurately and review for safety and appropriateness.
• Assist in managing workflow, staffing, and adherence to procedures and policies.
• Support immunization and preventive care services (flu shots, diabetes awareness).
• Maintain pharmacy systems knowledge (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to resolve questions and ensure optimal therapy.
• Contribute to inventory management and financial performance of the pharmacy.
