Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist candidate must have Doctor of Pharmacy degree or be willing to obtain.
• Pharmacist licensure in the district/state within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects and interactions to ensure safe therapy.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and oversees workflow including opening/closing duties.
• Provides immunizations and wellness services such as flu shots and diabetes awareness.
