Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to help deliver safe, high-quality patient care while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory and workflow management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Eligible ACPE-accredited students entering/active in pharmacy programs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete training within state guidelines and timeframe

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant Retail Pharmacy operations under licensed pharmacist supervision
• Assist in patient safety initiatives and pharmacy professional practice
• Support regulatory requirements and quality assurance
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage inventory/workflow
