Job summary

CVS Health, in Olney, MD, is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team, working under a licensed pharmacist to support safe and effective retail pharmacy operations.

You will participate in patient safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service while helping manage inventory and workflow. Strong communication, reliable attendance, and completion of required training are essential.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to lift, scan, bag items and flex with pharmacy workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient safety and pharmacy professional practice under supervision.
• Support regulatory requirements and quality assurance in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and counseling as appropriate.
• Assist with inventory management and workflow coordination.
