Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by greeting and helping with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Assist pharmacists in entering, third-party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Support inventory management and maintain proper stocking.
• Communicate prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Adhere to Good Faith Dispensing policy.
• Complete required training.
