Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting inventory, patient counseling under supervision, and following state and federal regulations. The position requires enrollment in a Pharmacy program and flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Develops strong relationships with customers.
• Learn from store and pharmacy team members, field leadership, team members and customers/patients.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under pharmacist supervision, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy.
• Review and comply with pharmacy policies and procedures and support dispensing and related tasks.
• Assist with inventory management activities and ensure Pharmacy Department is stocked and orderly.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, keeping the pharmacy area clean and orderly.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies.
