Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support daily operations in a fast-paced pharmacy. You will assist pharmacists, counsel customers on OTC products, and help manage prescriptions with care and accuracy.

Active enrollment in a US pharmacy school and a current state intern license are required; you will gain hands-on experience, immunization support under supervision, and contribute to patient safety while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a US school of pharmacy.
• Current state-issued Pharmacy Intern license.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through service.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return.
• Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals.
• Provide drug counseling and OTC recommendations.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system.
• Dispense correct medication and obtain physician authorization when needed.
• Process third-party insurance information.
• Support immunizations under pharmacist supervision.
• Stock and rotate medication inventory; report safety risks.
