• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a delightful experience.
• Develops strong relationships with customers.
• Learn from store and pharmacy teams, field leadership, and customers/patients.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under pharmacist supervision per state and company policy.
• Performs duties under pharmacist supervision including entering, third party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions.
• Assist with patient care services within the state scope of practice, including counseling and health services.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow Quality Improvement procedures.
• Adhere to Good Faith Dispensing policies and manage cash and associate duties as needed.
• Complete required training and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
