• Provide drug counseling to customers.
• Assist with over the counter medications recommendations.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Dispense the correct medication and contact prescribers’ offices for authorization.
• Process third party insurance information for customers and contact insurance companies when necessary.
• Provide immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Maintain a clean department and assist with safety and risk reporting.
• Support the team in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
