Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd-year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team in Rutherfordton, NC. Under supervision, you will contribute to patient care by supporting safety, accuracy, and service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care programs, inventory management, and workflow coordination while developing your professional skills and licensure in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must have or be pursuing intern/licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacists under supervision to ensure safe, efficient pharmacy operations.
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and customer service.
• Assist with inventory and workflow management.
• Uphold team culture of caring and excellence while delivering patient care.
