Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support customer service, process and fill prescriptions, and assist with third-party functions while maintaining accuracy and patient confidentiality.

You will work closely with pharmacists to provide clinical services, manage inventory, and support MTM programs. This role requires enrollment in an accredited pharmacy program, state intern license, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service and patient communication in person and by phone.
• Assist patients with product selection and price requests.
• Process and fill prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy computer system for data entry and third party adjudication; pull products and label prescriptions.
• Perform third-party functions.
• Manage inventory; balance on hand; order and receive stock.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Provide clinical services as directed by a pharmacist; support MTM and immunization activities when allowed.
