Job summary

• Counsels patients on usage, interactions, and safety; supports immunizations and preventive care.
• Maintains regulatory compliance, procedures, and inventory management.
• Supports pharmacy manager in workflow optimization and KPI analysis.
• Engages with medical community and manages customer experience.
• Performs immunizations, drug reviews, and reviews insurance claims.
