Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service. Under the guidance of a preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role.

You will learn SOPs, patient safety, immunizations, and collaborative store and district operations while taking on increasing responsibilities as tenure grows.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate and eligible for licensure as a pharmacist.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with training and adhere to SOPs to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Provide empathetic patient service and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients when appropriate under supervision and obtain necessary information.
• Support inventory activities and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy.
