Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor and district leadership. The program includes a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store, district, and regional operations.

You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and compassionate service, while learning SOPs and best practices and developing leadership skills for future pharmacist roles.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate focus and concentration on tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Provide high-quality customer service and work well with a team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Use math to determine dosages, days’ supply, and bottle counts.
• Identify and resolve problems in patient or colleague interactions.
