CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program immerses you in hands‑on practice, with a 120‑day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role and to deepen knowledge of store, district, and regional operations.

Under supervision, you will support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication fulfillment, learn patient safety principles, immunization programs where allowed, and participate in clinical and operational training across the market.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program to begin training.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeline.
• Currently hold or pursue intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete the roadmap within designated timeframe.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate customer service and team orientation in daily interactions.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues to ensure care quality.
• Perform duties per SOPs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
