CVS Health in Texas is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply school learnings in real-world pharmacy operations under a preceptor, completing a comprehensive training roadmap and gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist pharmacists and technicians, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, provide compassionate service, and may support immunizations and offsite clinics as allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and caring service to patients.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
