Job summary

CVS Health seeks a 3rd-year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in a real-world retail setting. Under a licensed pharmacist, you’ll follow a structured training roadmap with hands-on practice in dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and store operations.

The position is part-time with a focus on patient care, safety, and professional growth, including opportunities to travel within the market and to expand clinical knowledge under supervision.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment under supervision.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and patient inquiries where appropriate.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain professional conduct in a pharmacy team.
