Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately
• Learn to operate under SOPs and follow standardized procedures at each workstation
• Engage with patients to provide caring service and empathetic communication
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training
• Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and clarify prescriptions as needed
• Participate in inventory activities and cycle counts under supervision
• Travel to different stores within the market as needed by the business
• Stay compliant with federal, state and local laws, regulations and CVS policies
