Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team. You will apply classroom learning in real-world practice, following a structured training roadmap and SOPs under a preceptor’s guidance.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in dispensing, counseling, and supporting immunization services in a busy retail pharmacy. The internship emphasizes patient safety, empathy, and teamwork, with opportunities to travel between stores in the market as needed and to prepare for a Pharmacist

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance in the internship program
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Contribute to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care under supervision
• Assist pharmacy team with immunizations, counseling, and dispensing activities as directed by licensed pharmacists
