Job summary

CVS Health is seeking 3rd year Pharmacy Interns to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, compassionate patient care across our retail locations. You will follow SOPs, assist with dispensing, immunizations, and patient counseling, while developing skills for higher responsibility under licensed pharmacist supervision.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety, with opportunities to participate in immunizations and in-store health services where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Valid intern/technician licensure in process as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training roadmap and build aptitude in pharmacy operations.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions under supervision where appropriate.
• Assist with immunizations, telephonic prescriptions, and other patient services where allowed by law.
