CVS Health in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a part-time 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to translate didactic learning into real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will follow SOPs, support daily pharmacy operations, and contribute to safe patient care across pick-up, drive-thru, and in-store services.

Responsibilities include completing a comprehensive training roadmap, assisting with prescription fulfillment, and engaging with patients to provide service excellence while building readiness

Qualifications

Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.
Proficiency with basic pharmacy workflows and customer service interactions.

Responsibilities

Attend required training within designated timeframe.
Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly.
Prepare and dispense prescriptions under supervision and maintain accuracy.
Counsel patients and support immunization services where allowed by state and training.
