CVS Health Corporation in Garland, TX is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for an on-site, part-time role. You will apply didactic learning to real-world pharmacy operations, support pharmacists and technicians, and follow SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering compassionate patient care.

The position requires active enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program, intern/licensure, and a willingness to train toward immunization certification.

Qualifikationen

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified and provide patient immunizations where allowed by state regulations.

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Counsel patients, answer medical questions, and collect medical history to provide optimal care.
• Support immunization services when qualified and trained.
