Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Intern for a part-time role in Mesa, AZ. You will support the pharmacy team in providing safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care while applying didactic knowledge from pharmacy school under a licensed pharmacist preceptor.

You’ll follow store SOPs, participate in training roadmaps, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

Qualifications

• Eligible or enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must have intern/technician licensure as required by state
• Ability to attend nights and weekends and be reliable

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Counsel patients and provide empathetic, patient-centered service
• Demonstrate compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Assist with inventory, transfers, and cycle counts as directed
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed by the business
