Job summary

CVS Health, in our retail pharmacies, offers a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program designed to translate didactic learning into real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You’ll follow a structured roadmap, gain hands-on experience, and support the team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care.

As part of the program, you’ll learn SOPs, participate in immunizations and other patient services where allowed, and develop leadership and clinical skills for advancement

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs, procedures, and best practices while delivering caring service.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
