Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams, help with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and contribute to positive patient experiences. You’ll work under licensed pharmacists, gain immunization experience where allowed, and participate in training to prepare for increased responsibilities.

The role requires ACPE‑accredited program enrollment and active intern or technician licensure, with flexible hours including nights/weekends, in-store

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or active participation
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state
• Commitment to patient safety and accuracy in dispensing

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy teams to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service and help patients with questions at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with immunization services and other patient health care offerings where allowed by law
• Assist with dispensing, labeling, and recordkeeping under pharmacist supervision
• Attend required training and maintain high attendance, including nights and weekends
