Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to learn and assist in the pharmacist-led workflow, providing top-notch patient care while following state and federal regulations.

You will work under pharmacist supervision to obtain patient data, process prescriptions, and support customer service excellence across store operations, including OTC assistance and pharmacy duties as allowed by state scope of practice.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a Pharmacy program.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist and pharmacy team to provide patient experience in line with regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Support policy, procedures, and customer service best practices to prepare as a future pharmacist.
• Engage customers and patients to resolve questions and ensure a positive experience.
